Selling A Higher End House Fast?

Sunre profile photo

Is this possible without cutting your price down to rock bottom?

How does anyone else market this house for maximum exposure.

The house is on a golf course and close the the gulf of mexico in the Florida panhandle. Unfortunately, we are in a buyers market, so things are moving slowly.

The house is worth around $500K-520K. Is vacant and in perfect condition with marble, granite, italian tile and carpet floors, granite countertops, custom kitchen, pool, custom closets, custom master bath, custom everything including paint colors and all new appliances.

Just want to sell quickly for a decent price.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you in a position to offer any owner financing or carry-back? Oftentimes that can help move it faster.

Also, are you selling through a Realtor? If so, offer a higher commission to the selling agent.

Another thing is to make sure it gets as much marketing exposure as possible. The more people and agents that see it, the better chance you have of finding that one buyer that wants it.

If it’s vacant, you may want to consider staging it.

And make sure all your marketing materials are done professionally. A real estate agent with a digital camera is NOT a professional photographer. If it’s a high-end house, it needs to look like a high-end house.

    Just my initial thoughts.
