Does anyone know of a method to identifying property that is seller financed. I am specifically looking for deals in Chicago.

    A Realtor can also do an MLS search for terms such as "Land Contract", Seller Financing", "Purchase Money Mortgage", "Owner Financed", "Seller Carryback", etc. etc.
