Postcard Template
Hello all. Does anyone know where I can get a free postcard template online? I want to be able to fit at least two maybe three postcards per piece of cardstock. Hopefully, I can save a little $ by making my own cards for direct mailings. Thanks.
Sorry, No I don't know. But I just created one yesterday in a Word doc. 4 postcards fit onto one sheet in landscape view. It only took me an hour to make the cards, and then we sent them to kinkos. Or you can print yourself.
I don't have a template either, but I do mine in MS Publisher. Fit 4 on a sheet and doesn't take much time to set up once you play around with placement.
If you use the services at www.usps.com, they have a template for creating the post cards.

Where would I get the paper for the post cards? I know it wouldn't be a good idea to do it on regular paper since it is flimsy. Thanks bunches
My post cards are made from Card Stock (67#) that I bought from a local OfficeMax. I print two post cards per 8.5x11 then cut in half with paper cutter. Works great.

Oh yeah, what do you put on them because I tried to access the one that John Locke has and it wouldn't open.

You should really try the USPS site for post cards. Cheaper and the quality is good. You also have to include your cost of ink when you figure out your price for doing post cards yourself.
I went to the USPS website and the templates are great. They have templates for 4X6 and 5X7 postcard templates. I am currently mailing out what I think should generate plenty of responses. I'll let you know how it goes.
