What is up with the Neimiha down payment assistence program. I had heard that it got a reprieve until March. Went to the site but still do not understand what is going on. Anyone know?
Well ... I know all those did not get shut down. Neimiha is fighting it in court and still operating.
I was wrong. I have a potential buyer who wants to use Ameridream and a realtor I know says they just closed one this month using Ameridream. Googled "Nehemiah Program" and got better info. By the way, Nehemiah is an interesting account of a builder in Bible times. They may not last, but for now.... KEN
