You should be able to do a sear for "letters" or similar. I am learning the best thing to do is to creat your own. It doesn't need to lengthy at all just basic. Dear Mr. Owner, (use their real name) I was recently driving thru the area of where you have a house located and noticed that your house appears to be vacant. Then go on and thell them you are an investor and that you would like the chance to buy their house, blah blah blah.. You get the idea.
