Motivated Seller Courses

Does anyone have any experience with a motivated seller course? I would like to further my R.E. education, but have little money to spend, while still promoting my business. Just don't want to waste more $$$...

    Hi Bobby,

    Courses are not mandatory. You can find most information you need in forums like this one. Just look at the marketing section for good ideas on how to target motivated sellers.

    With that being said, courses are time savers. When you buy a course, you buy someone else's experience, and save yourself time and money from making the mistakes they've already made.

    I've heard Scott Rister's course is good.

    Hi Bobby:

    I can recommend the "Motivated Seller Magnet" course by Ben Innes-Ker. He is heavy into direct response marketing, and avoiding cold calls.

    Thanks for everyone's input. I ended up picking up Scott Rister's course off of Ebay for a couple hundred.
