Mass Mailing To Selected Subdivisions
I would love to know how many investors out there are mailing specifically to subdivisions and what thier results are. Are you mailing postcards or letters? How often are you mailing?

depends on what u r doing. what types of houses are u looking for and what type of deal do u want? foreclosures, sub 2, short sale pre-forcl.....
u need to be sure u r targeting ur propects correctly or u might as well just flush ur $ down the toilet. find out whom u want to buy/aquire from and then mail to them
I also want to get the message out to anyone that needs or wants to sell quick. (business transfers, divorce, foreclosure, etc...)
I am starting a mailing to a selected subdivision. however, the database I am using does not always classify properties by subdivision.
