Marketing I Used
this is what i did, and in 2 weeks I had 15 calls. I made a mini pamplet that describe what I did and how i can help people that have Real Esate problems. I sent 30-40 pamplets to evey church in farm area. I included a letter to the church that each person i helped I would dontate up to 1k to the church. am not joking. people started to call. Out of those 15 I am working on 6 deals. I starting to send more out in other areas, I am from indianapolis, So far i focused on the the SW and SE of indy, going to do NW & NE side next week.
did you go and meet anyone at the actual church, or just sent it as a cold solicitation?
After I sent them I called and asked did they recieved my letter and pamplets, and explain what I was trying to do. Actually I think they liked my business name PROMISELAND INVESTMENTS. Had three more calls today
