Looking For Good NJ Deal

I'm looking to find a nice NJ home to structure a deal for. i'd like to be able to assume someone's loan who wants out. i realize that you'll have questions - how much do i want to pay a month, where in NJ do i want to live, etc. so, if ur payment is under $1500/month that's worth hearing about. i'll consider most parts of Jersey as long as it's not right in the line of fire of some gang war. ;) as long as it's at least 3br, we should be fine. credit not an issue! please reply with some numbers, contact info and possibly some info on the property so i can weigh it out. thanks and have a great day!!
