"Homes Wanted" Classified Ad Question
I do in reality have a list of buyers wanting fixers-uppers. Would it be okay to strongly emphasize in my small ad that I'm looking for this type of property? I notice quite a few ads that say "fixers okay," but I was thinking something a little more direct. Any other suggestions on how to make my ad unique would be appreciated. Thanks.
