Finding Motivated Sellers
Hi, Just starting on this style .Usually buy them at a discount live in them, fixem and sell them a in a few years for a hefty profit. I have started a run an AD in the paper, suv is getting lettered tomorrow. Have publication for NOD listings Typing letter to send out. Business cards getting printed and web site is getting designed( to sell properties). Have cash and credit. Joined local REI club. Is this going in the right direction? Did I miss something? Also has anybody become an LLC or INC to protect personal assets?

I did and LLC for asset protection both personal and investing.
I heard a good one today. get a bunch of fed-ex envelopes to put your letter in and leave it at the front door.
I know I sure open every fed-ex I get.
Finding the right pitch is hard. That is one of the greatest difficulties I have run into.
Fed EX. I didn't think of that 1 but hey I'll try anything once and your right I usually open mine first.
Jeez, I wish you people would just pay for the use of those FedEx envelopes by actually mailing them.......quit being so cheap and act like professionals. Besides, I really resent anyone stealing from the company that I work for.
i don't work for fed-x but stealing envelopes for your own gain is pretty low......kenmax

Hey i think the fed ex idea is great....its doggy dog out there and if you get a lead and or a deal out if it send fed-ex a note and a cheque....
