East Texas REI Group?
I was wondering if anyone knows of an investing group in East Tx around the Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Lake Sam Rayburn or Livingston areas? Or if not, is anyone interested in starting one?? there seem to be so many investors around here working against each other.

So do you really think that joining an investing group will stop investors from competing against one another?
I would rather be the investor in my area that everyone else is worried about competing against.
