Does Anyone Have A Great Classified Ad That Works?
I am just getting started and I wondered if anyone had a great, proven, classifed ad that works? I am going to be investing with lease options, need to target some extremely motivated sellers. I will be working with subject to deals also. Thanks.

I've never done a L/O, so take my advice for how much you paid for it...
I believe that the best way to get L/O is to wither find a good Realtor who has frustrated/motivated sellers who need out now, and work out a creative deal with the realtor, or call the FSBO's in the paper and the ones you see on the signs you see on your street (or any street).
Also you could try what is in the paper now. Look and see the ads that are there, and model yours after a few of them.
