Classified Ads For Wholesaling
I'm still working on my ads to run in the local paper.
This one is my favorite...Just need some opinions.
"I will buy any house!! The Uglier The Better !! 555-5555, my website .com"
And the other one I am working on I am trying to target towards Tired land lords....I really need suggestions here, but this is what I have so far
"Tired Landlord? Ready to move on? I want your rentals, any condition. 555-5555, my website .com"
Ok tell me what you think...if you really like them try them yourself. I am running them a week from this Sunday, but if there is something maybe I should change let me know.
Also, I havent found many posts that get very specific on Classified ads.
Basically, if you have any ads that have been pretty successful, please post them.
My target properties are those in need of Rehab, Tired landlords, and people just looking to get rid of a property Fast.
What would be a good ad for tageting those who just need to get rid of a property? (because it was inherited, it's just sitting vacant, they think no one would buy it, etc.)
How about:
"Have a property with no use? I will buy it !! Vacant, abandoned, anything! 555-5555, my website .com"
