Choosoing A Generic RE Website Or Creating New.

jodyb profile photo

I would appreciate some recommendations from investors using RE websites on how to best proceed in establishing my own RE website.

I am not really computer literate, so maybe a generic site would be best, but which one to choose? On the other hand I like the idea of being able to customize my site to some degree. For example I would like information about our private lender program to be presented on the site.

All pros, cons, and recommendations appreciated.

Cost is also an important consideration.

Thanks much,
Jodjyb

Try reinet dot biz (Sorry, can't post url's yet)

I've recently got referred to the site on making a real estate investing website cheaply. It's $25 per month on real estate website which includes hundreds of templates, unlimited web pages, hosting & email, property listings, free reseller program, calculators, etc.A lot more. Best of all you can try it out for 10 days, free. No credit card required until you're satisfied enough to purchase the website.

I found the website making through them to be real easy, and I'm computer ignorant.

    Hope this helps,

If you purchase the Hall of Famer access on this site, you will be able to create a custom website, include the properties that are in TCIRealty, include the personal data that you include in your User Preferences, for approx $19/m in addition to Property Management features and one year access to www.TheCreativeInvestor.com.
