Hi Everyone. Has anyone purchased any of the following courses? 1. Motivated Seller Magnet - by Ben Innes-Kerr and/or 2. Find all the motivated sellers - by Scott Rister. and/or 3. Marketing Magic - by Kathy Kennebrook Any opinions on each or any of these would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!! I'd like to make a decision really soon since my leads are at a standstill right now.     I just ordered the Ron Legrand Guerrilla Marketing Course. I'll Let you know how it is. I should get it this week.

    I am not familiar with any of the ones you listed, however.

    Jason, the title to the course you have sounds pretty intimidating (in a good way). Please let me know how it is when you get a chance.

    I love Ron Legrand courses. They are expensive but well worth the money. You can even purchase them on Ebay or other auction sites sometimes for a lot, lot less.

    May I suggest, before all my fellow REIs spend Thousands in course materials..

    ....they check ThisSite1st, their local library (forFree) and google: John T Reed
