I have a single family 3bd 2b REO home locked up under contract. The purchase price is $53,500 and it needs $20,000 in repairs. The after repair value is $179,000. The property is located on Chicago’s south side.
The problem is my credit score is only 560 and so far I can’t get approved for a hard money loan. Can anyone help me please?
