Locating Pre Forclosures
I went to the court house to look up notices of default in the court records and was told that Georgia is a non judicial state. Can anyone tell me what the best practice is for locating preforeclosure properties? 8-/ : 8-/ [ Edited by imani2005 on Date 05/26/2005 ]

Maybe trying to search it on the net. But of course you have to get to familiar with those law terms and languages.
