I am setting up a LLC, I have all the paperwork etc., I am also getting the EIN # , what do you suggest the best description as to type of business for IRS purposes. I know I need to avoid anything that make cause the dreaded DEALER word. I am looking at doing a combination of things (quick sales, rentals, etc.). Based on your experience, please advise. Thanks
