LIBOR Arms
This is a question about our home not an investment property. We are currently building a home which we plan on staying in less than 5 years. We were going to do a 5 year ARM. We've been doing some research on LIBOR arms also. Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks

I have a 5/1 ARM on my home which is indexed of LIBOR. LIBOR is just the index. the duration for which it's fixed is I think what your asking.
am 1 mo, 6 mo, 5 yr, or 10 yr could ea have libor indexes.
