Wanted! The Best Ads For Finding Motivated Sellers

geispc27 profile photo

Hello everyone,

I first want to thank the group for helping me come up with great ads for finding rent to own buyers. In the past week I have found over 25 qualfied rent to own buyers. THANK YOU!

Now for my next dilemma. What are the best performing classified ads for finding motivated sellers? Who has a brilliant ad that consistently attracts motivated sellers for lease option deals?

Once again, your help is most appreciated!

To your success smile

Peter

    How about this

"Tired of being a landlord? Middle of the night calls, middle of the winter calls, middle of the thunderstorm calls, Call me I have qualified people looking for a home in your area"

The ads that make me think are the ones that appeal to my weak points.

    Hi Pete.

I know this is abit off your topic. I read your last post about buyers ads and wondered what you ended up with for ads and how you got the phone ringing. you can pm me if this feels abit too off topic.

Here's the advertisement I just ran:

West Bend: RENT TO OWN this Beautifully remodeled 4br, 1.5 ba, ranch with fire place, 2.5 car garage and finished basement on a quiet 1.5 acres with mature trees located Between Big and Little Cedar Lake for only $1,595.00/mo. Call OnTheWater: xxx-xxx-xxxx.

This ad worked well. Was in the paper or one week and we got four calls.

    Thanks,

I am new in this investing but have attended quite a few seminars and learned a great bit. Though this is not for attracting sellers it works unbelievably well for getting the phone ringing for selling.
    1st line Brentwood 3/2.5 2000sf
2 bold and centered Desperate Seller will
    3 Rent to Own
Then go ahead and tell about the house
at end put the amount if you don't won't every person calling, but if you are in this for the long haul don't put a price and keep and buyers log. With what they are interested in and where, how much, that kind of stuff. Then when you get a house look in the log and call people that match up w/ info. Hope that helps
