I would like to hear feedback as well on the Tenant Stream service...the send you leads for tenants and tenant/buyers (for L/O deals) in your area of choice. The idea is to get your vacant properties filled. However, they charge about $500 upfront and $400/month for the service

Tenant Stream looks/sounds to me like an even funny gimmick, which tries to solve the market pain in some aria where the pain doesn't exist. Does anyone have any positive response?
