Someone PLEASE Buy My House
It has been foreclosed on and i have been evicted. the real estate agent is selling it for 100% with no negotiations. said the cost would be between 180000 and 200000. i need to find a buyer today so we can keep our home. this is a nightmare and i am desperate for help. i need someone to buy the house and lease it back to me, i will pay any price you ask. i cant move. any price- even double the market value if thats what you want. please help. i have documented income and resources for verification that i can afford the home. please
Don't want to be negative, but if you couldn't pay yur previous mortgage what makes you think you could pay double market value. I feel for you. Sometimes it is better to cut your losses and move on. You are probably going to have to move. Rent for a while until your situation improves and when you are ready to buy you will be able to buy at FMV instead of 2X.

finances were not my problem- ive made bad decisions as far as the man i was with for the last 10 years. 8 months ago he decided to stop paying the bills with the money that i gave him (he ran all the errands and paid the bills for the last 5 years because i am not able to leave the house very often- i take care of my 93 year old grandmother with alzheimers and getting out is a rare occassion for me) this wonderful man of mine planned our 2004 wedding with me, stopped paying bills for months and moved back to mexico. i understand your question but my losing my home was not because i could not afford it. i am desperate to hear a reply from someone with a little advice or an investor willing to help out please. my bad judgement of a man will cost my famiily everything- we have lived here 20 years.

If you'll post a location i'm sure you will have numerous responces. Another idea would be to call the "we buy houses" ads in your local paper. If you really need the help, and are flexable, you will find many local investors willing to help.

thank you for your reply the house is in las vegas nevada the real estate market here seems to be sky rocketing thats why the real estate agent will not negotiate the price. she says between 180000 - 200000 houses on the block that have sold in the last 6 months range from 170000 - 221000
sellyour house or current mortgage to a note buyer they can close fast and can help with your situations you have to find a company that deals with that type of buying look them up on the internet
