Signing The Contract With Seller
When signing a contact with the seller, do I just use the "Lease Agreement with Option to Purchase Real Estate"?
I have another contract called "Option to Purchase". Is that the one used only when complete the purchase several years later?

Affirmative. The other Option may or may not be for the Tenant/Buyer (depending upon how it is written), or it could be an investor-friendly Contract used to tie up property for resale.
