Rent The Baby?
seasons greetings.
I presently have a residental/commercial property in Brighton, Colorado that I am leasing with option to buy, to a church. They own the three
properties adjacent to mine. They have not been able to come up with the full down payment. They would simply like to rent it . From what I understand the market in Denver stinks. I 'm beginning think that a simple rental agreement for one year would save me the hassles of trying to sell a house in a bad market.
Also..........anyone know of ways of softening the taxes from rental income.
