Recommended L/O Course

Would like to know whose course some of you would recommend for specifically lease www.options.I have some flipping experience now but have had to learn alot on my own.(even after $3000 on a course)It would be helpful to have a mentor but alot of courses that include ongoing personal mentoring seem to cost an absolute fortune.Sure you may get 500 tapes/cds and books but where is the personal contact and someone to answer questions when help is needed without having to post on a board in the hope that maybe someone will have the inclination to answer anyway. And that can be especially frustrating if it is a small thing that can hold up a deal because the course may not have made it as crystal clear as needed.Anyone else ever feel like this?Well i want to avoid this when focusing time now in this side of the business and hoping for more meat and less sauceThanks for your referals.

In your situation L/O is the better route. Owner financing works best if your home is free and clear or you have a small balance left. Remember, if you have a balance and you offer owner financing, your lender must be paid off. Good Luck to you! grin
