Please Help With Lease Option
I have a lease with purchase to option. I am in Florida. A couple of days ago someone knocked on my door and said I have to leave because he is buying the house. I have 3 months to close in my lease. I still am working on my credit and it is not looking good for me to get this mortgage. Now my lease says I cant assign it... Can I do a double escrow and sell the property? The owner is trying to get me out and use scare tactics. I put a lot of money in this house to improve it. He is also saying I broke the lease because I did home improvements without his written consent... But I can never find him...and he dont have a phone. He is in trouble forclosing on his new house. He is in debt. Also could I have my mother and father buy the house and tack me on the deed? Thankyou for your help.
It is a round 480.... I went to ford 2 months ago for a car loan and they shot gun my credit 20 inquiries... Im working on my credit but we are cutting it real close.... Any help would be appreciated. Could I do that double escrow and have my folks buy it? Thankyou Judy
