Newbie To Lease To Purchase And Flipping
I am in Alberta Canada and am just putting together my first deal. I have a conditional sales contract on a mobile.
to me it looks like it is a rent to own the way it is writen up.
on a rent to own can a person still sell to someone else using a rent to own if the down payment and the monthly payments are enough to cover all paymnets to the first and have money left over for myself.
any help would be great thanks in advance :-?
