is why I am on this board. Seems simple, but have not done one yet. Offered to manage a local investor's property using lease options. I think if it is sound financially it could work to where owner and I make additional profit on rentals . Just didn't want to become a property manager and only get a cut of 10-15% profit on each rental. Anybody been there done that, and has some insight? Best, Madewa [addsig]
