Lease Options In Kentucky And NC
I have heard that doing Lease options in Kentucky is tricky. That the state is much stricter and sides with the tenant/ buyer when problems arise.....anyone have any experience with Ky laws? I currrently invest in NC and havent had any problems yet using L/O's but I also havent had any tenant challenge mortgage equity either.
