    The lease options that I use last either one year or two years, depending upon my goals.

    However, you can setup a lease option to extend for any amount of time you wish.

    extentions 1 year at a time..each renewal raise the price and the rent

    What a GREAT question...

    This is what I do...

    I L/O at the TOP of the COMPS....NoTimeLimit....amortized like a regular 30 yr. mortgage....and reduce the principal the same...
