Lease Option Vs Cash Buy
I noticed this while trying to do a cash sale on one of the houses I http://www.had.I wanted cash out as I was cash strapped at the time so was looking for a cash sale but I would have got like over 100 calls only for lease options..investors,people repairing bad credit even a few who had plans of filing banktrupcy and wanted to do a lease option...lol..and this despite the fact that the area of the house is one of the most affluent areas in the vicinity...
I held on for a while and finally managed to sell
was wondering if anyone else has noticed it. Maybe Lease option as a technique seems to be (mis)understood as a whole by the general public or probably its widespread awareness?

I wish I got 100 calls for L/O's I had in the newspaper. Most people I've spoken to know the concept just think that you can get in with $0 - $500 down.

I got most of the calls from the fliers which I handed www.out.I got very few calls from my newspaper ads.
But this may be my location specific too
