Lease Option Listings?
I have recently been looking into "lease option" propertys. I ran across a website that was advertising Lease Option listings. After I loggod on to the site, it seems all they were promoting was debt consolidation services from other companys. Does anyone know of any legit listing services that specialize in Lease Option propertys? 
Do you have a L/O that you are trying to sell, or are interested in buying them?

There are a large number of sites out there that focus on selling the home by the owner. some of these sites list people under contract that they will obtain financing through their bank, or some other "contractural agreement" etc...but some do not. I have found many houses on sites like www.forsalebyowner.com
www.mycastle.com
I suggest..again....run a search on lease purchase listings, fsbo, for sale by owner, etc. See what you come up with.
