Lease Option In CA
Is there anyone or anyone who knows anyone who does lease option deals on a national basis or out-of-state L/O Purchase deals?
I have a seller who is turning to the L/O as an alternative to selling a residential property. I agreed to search for someone that could help him.
If there is anyone out there that can help, please do.

Some possibilities;
Rent it out (will probably have neg cash flow, but appreciation may be worth it)
Offer as "Lease-Option".
Offer to "Equity - Share".
Sell it for about $295k on a CFD, with no bank qualifying and no credit check.
