Is their a formula for determining selling price for my tenant buyer? I heard of rent credits and appreciation and assignment fee. How does this all work?
ORJ, "Is their a formula for determining selling price for my tenant buyer?" I set my selling price at the TOP of the COMPS! "I heard of rent credits and appreciation and assignment fee. How does this all work?" I come up with a 30year amortization....at the interest rate I want....just like a regular mortgage and give them credit on THAT! ....as always, GoodInvesting, Rocky
