Help On Leasing Land To Franchisor
Hi Guys - Gals,
I have an acre of land in a heavily popluated upscale area with high traffic counts on a main road. I am looking for information on how to find franchisors that want to lease the land. Not looking to franchise myself - just lease the land???? Anyone have experience or lead me to the right direction to put out the word to the franchisors????
Talk with some commercial real estate brokers in your area. They will guide you along. It used to be some franchises had info you could submit directly on their website, but I think most do their own looking through commercial brokers now.
