Heard Of National Property Locators (NPL)?
Hass anyone heard of National Property Locators (NPL)?
They claim to purchase excess inventory from builders at a discount, they will flip it to you at 10-20% below market, and even find you a lease/purchase tenant for the property.
Anyone had any experiences with them or know someone who has?
I've never heard, but I'd be interested to hear more
I have actually heard of these guys, came very close to doing a deal with them, but backed out at the last minute. the deal was set with 20k equity for me and $1700 back after the least purchase. I asked a few REI from my area they advised me that it was to far for my first deal( charl, NC) and to try to stay local as i start out. (Va) i myself thought it was a great deal. 95% LTV / 3000k down and 1700 back with a cash flow of 200/mo
