Got The First One... Bank Giving Me Slack
OK got my first REO, rehab almost complete l/o tennant moving in..........did you get that ?!? i'm so excited!!! (side note) bought & rehabbed w/ low/no rate credit cards refi w/ bank costing $1200
& they decreased loan amt. d/t app. ( can't fully count rehab d/t unknown quality) ok then they are giving me crap about what & who i have to pay w/ loan $. Is there another way to hold this & free my credit $ for the next one (one almost under contract) brainstorming/research getting me nowhere! Oh, l/o for 12mo, bigger tax brake to hold 1 yr according to CPA . MUCH appreciation!
