Finding A Tenent/Buyer For L/O Purchase
Is there anyone familiar with or has used the services of Tenent Stream? If I find a T/B through them, how do I go about putting together a deal for a property? I can provide detailed information on the property. All replies will be greatly appreciated.

I tried them. My experience was that the leads were old and stale. Most of the numbers were not current, and at least one person told us they had found a home months prior. Long and short of it is I never found any tenant/buyers for my houses. Signs and classifieds work much better. At least you get fresh leads with signs and classifieds.
