Condo's Versus SF Homes
Hey everyone. I've been calling on classified ads in my local newspaper and couldn't help but notice the high number of condo's for sale. I've only dealt with single family houses and was trying to anticipate any differences between working a deal on condo versus working a deal on a SF home. Any tips or heads up?
