Closing With Non-local Seller?
If I lease/option'ed a property as the seller was leaving town, how would we complete the close? When the option is called, do I need to meet with the seller to close the deal? What if they have moved to the other side of the country?
All you need to do is talk to them over the phone and then draw up the paper work and Fedx it to them for signing.
