Closing Of Option Purchase Question
Hi all,
Newbie question here...just read through the Conti/Finkel Option Purchase book. I understand and follow everything up to the point of final sale. When the t/b is ready to buy the home is it on me to line up my own financing for the 5 minutes that I will own the property? I mean, I need to buy it from the seller before I can sell it to the t/b right? Is this the only way to do this? Thanks!
