Anything Similar To A Lease Option
Well I talk to a homeowner, and he is willing to lease a property to me but does not want me to buy it. Is there anything similar to a LO where I can still sub lease to another tenant with out the buying power of the property???
If your Contract grants the right to sublease (or does not specifically prohibit it), you could do a sandwich lease, but why would you? It would not be a profitable idea, considering the risks.
