Virginia Land Trusts
Does anyone know how to transer RRE to a land trust in Virginia? I am familiar with setting up the LLC but am unclear what vehicle to use to 1.) establish the land trust and 2.) transfer the property to the trust.
Lastly, what am I required to do with the mortage company - notify them?
The quickest way to find this out is meet with a real estate attny. They will save you many many headaches for their fees.
