Vacant Land & Inheritance Purpose
I have heard there is a law overlooked ?, that means you can purchase vacant non buildable land & turn it into buildable land by saying you bought it for inheritance purposes. Would this be correct please? I am in a unrecorded subdivision & would like to leave my son land to homestead.
