Transfering To An S-corp
So I haven't set up my corp yet but I have some houses that I've lease optioned and I'm looking to move them. In my LO agreement I have signed with the sellers it states that I can assign my interest to someone else. What is the easiest way to transfer those to an S-corp? Can I just assign them to the S-corp? Thanks, Mitchell
