Title Question
I recently had a seller contact me about a home she wanted to sell below retail value. She did inform me of problems with liens against the property she found when a title search was done. The total amount came to about $7500.00. The liens where mostly in the name of her 3 sons who have criminal backgrounds and tax problems. Is there any solutions I can offer this seller as an investor or is there no deal here. Please advise: Thanks Jay
