SS Contract Language
Where can I find a good contract to use for a short sale in NJ? Can I use a standard RE contract with some additions/subtractions? What would those edits look like? Is there anything special about an SS contract?
All the courses tell you to consult an attorney when the topic is contracts comes up. Thats fine but I want to have an idea of what I'm dealing with first. I'm confused....I need some guidance...
