Someone Put A Quitclaim Deed On My House...
Someone put a quitclaim deed on my mothers house I looked on the county assessors website and the pin number linked to the quitclaim deed is actually for the vacant house next door What do we do?

It came through the mail and it said property owner instead of having my mothers name on it but when we looked it up online the quitclaim deed is linked to the vacant property next door but it came to my mothers house
Call the county and then go down there to get this fixed. Do not ignore it.
