Selling Properties In My Rental,llc
How can i take the money from from sales of the properties and place it in a mutual fund. After i pay the capital gain tax i will have about 130,000 from 1 property. Can i just place it in a mutual fund under the rental,llc name and after all properties are sold and money is placed convert the business to a holding company?
